SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS
CHICKEN PERI-PIRI
Ingredients
- 1 chicken pieces
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- salt to taste
- piri-piri paste
- piri-piri
- 1 lemon

Preparation
- Prepare the marinade by adding the chopped garlic to the oil, salt and drops of chilli pepper, to taste. Brush the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 12 hours.
- Cook the chicken on a grill (preferably a barbecue) until done. Halfway through cooking, you can brush with the marinade to add more flavor and make the meat juicy.
- Sprinkle with drops of lemon and chilli to taste.
- Serve with fries and salad. Enjoy it!
