White Wine Quinta da Rede Grande Reserva 2018
Produced at Quinta da Rede, located in the Douro region, this 2018 white Reserva wine was recognized as one of the editors' choice by Wine Enthusiast magazine and also awarded the "Press Choice" award in the 2022 contest.
Great to add in fish hamper in the oven, cod in all its variants, grilled white meats and soft paste sheep cheeses.

Curiosities
Colour: Intense citrine colour with green tinges.
Flavour: Notorious volume in the mouth, full-bodied but elegant and harmonious. Finishes with crisp citrus freshness that gives it persistence and longevity.
Aroma: On the nose it reveals an unusual complexity, peach and ripe orange aromas, some wet stone mineral, all wrapped in soft smoky notes.
Winemaking Process: Manual selection of the grapes at the entrance of the winery. Total destemming and cold maceration for 8 hours. Soft pneumatic pressing, followed by fermentation in light toasted French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 15ºC.
Maturation: "Elevage" for 9 months in the same barrels (35% new wood) en sur lie, and battonage every 15 days.
Consumption Suggestion: Excellent with fatty or oven-roasted fish, codfish in all its varieties, grilled white meats and soft sheep's cheese.
Observations: Keep the bottle in a fresh and dry place to preserve its characteristics.
Allergens: Contains sulphites.
