Winemaking process: Crushing with total destemming, smooth and prolonged pellicular maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 28º.
Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
Consumption Tips: Acompanha carnes vermelhas grelhadas ou cozidas, caça de penas ou queijos curados.
Observation: Keep the bottle in a fresh and dry place to preserve its characteristics.
