Back to school for the new school year
Lunchboxes ready!
Kids and adults look forward to the new school year. The 2022-2023 school year calendar starts from September 12th to 16th. To help you on your way back, we leave you some ideas to create healthy and nutritious snacks that you can take to school or work. Easy to prepare and delicious to eat!
Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons almond, wheat or oat flour
- 1 coffee spoon of powdered yeast
Preparation
Crush the banana and in a bowl stir all the ingredients. Place in a muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for about 20 minutes. Enjoy yourself!
cereal bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups of oat flakes
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1 cup chopped nuts or seeds
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 medium chopped apples
Preparation
In a bowl mix the apples with the peanut butter. Then add the remaining ingredients. Engage well. On a tray lined with vegetable paper, place the mixture and press well. Bake at 180º for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and cut into rectangles.
fruit sticks
Cut carrots and celery into sticks. Add cherry tomatoes and pack in an airtight box.
Cheese and nuts snack
Cut the cheese of your choice into cubes or triangles. Add dry fruits such as almonds, walnuts or whatever you prefer.
Delicious wrap
In a wheat or chia wrap put a slice of cheese and spinach leaves. You can add sliced almonds. Roll up and cut in half.
