SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS

Ingredients

  • 1 lt. of water
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 250 gr. green broth (slapped cabbage)
  • sliced chorizo q.b.
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • olive oil q.b.
  • salt to taste

Preparation

1 - Cook the potatoes, onion and two cloves of garlic in water seasoned with salt.

2 - When the potatoes are cooked, mash everything very well.

3 - Add the previously blanched cabbage and cook for 10 minutes.

4 - Finish the green broth by adding a drizzle of olive oil and sliced chorizo.
