Butelo, one of the most worthy representatives of the traditions of Trás-os-Montes, is the star of this set. But it is not the only one to shine in the best smoked flavors in Trás-os-Montes. To the butelo is added the sausage of the loin, the sausage of the neck and the smoked neck.

Pack Premium Sausages Trás-os-Montes
The pack consists of:
- 1x Butelo of approx. 1100gr
- 1x Spicy Sirloin, approx. 300gr.
- 1x Spicy Cachaço sausage, approx. 300gr.
- 1x Smoked Pork Neck, approx. 400gr.
Constitution :
Butelo: Smoked sausage with bones and pork meat, dried with oak wood and stabilized in an electric oven. It should be cooked, for about an hour and a half on a low fire. It is a typical Carnival sausage in Trás-os-Montes and is an integral part of an excellent "cozido à Transmontana".
Spicy Sirloin : Smoked sausage, consisting of a whole piece of sirloin, seasoned with salt, red wine and garlic and matured for several days, dried very slowly with oak wood. It can be consumed raw or cooked.
Spicy Cachaço sausage: Smoked sausage, consisting of a whole piece of neck, seasoned with salt, red wine and garlic and matured for several days, dried very slowly with oak wood. It can be consumed raw or cooked.
Smoked Pork Neck: Smoked sausage, made of whole neck, seasoned with salt, red wine and garlic and matured for long days, dried very slowly with oak wood. Stabilised in a drying cabinet. It can be consumed raw.
Butelo
Packed in a bag with approximately 1100gr.
Ingredients: Pieces of pork meat and bones, salt, white wine (SULFITS), sweet pepper, garlic, preservatives E250, sugars (LACTOSE and Sucrose), antioxidants E301 and E331, bay leaf, natural salted pork tripe, and oak wood smoke. May contain gluten. Contains bones.
spicy Sirloin
Packed in a bag of approximately 300 grams.
Ingredients: Whole pieces of pork loin meat, red wine (SULFITOS), salt, garlic, paprika, Compound Binder (dextrose, emulsifier E451, antioxidants E301 and E331, preservatives E250) and oak wood smoke.
Spicy Cachaço sausage
Smoked sausage, consisting of a whole piece of neck, seasoned with salt, red wine and garlic and matured for several days, dried very slowly with oak wood. It is packed in a bag with approximately 300gr.
