Curiosities
Colour: Intense garnet with violet tones.
Flavour: Deep and distinctive, full-bodied, with round and silky tannins. Excellent acid balance that gives it much freshness and confirms all the character of Baixo Corgo.
Aroma: Quite aromatic complexity, wild berries, rock-rose, various spices, a smoky touch, very captivating.
Winemaking Process: Total destemming, long but gentle pelicular maceration and alcoholic fermentation in robotic lagares at a temperature of 26ºC.
Maturation: 12 months ageing in new French oak barrels.
Consumption Suggestion: Great company for meat stews, grilled veal, oven-roasted duck, cured and spiced cheeses.
Observations: Keep the bottle in a fresh and dry place to preserve its characteristics.
Allergens: Contains sulphites.
