Colour: Intense citrine with greenish reflexes.
Flavour: Fruity and complex, notorious volume in the mouth, elegant, harmonious and finishes with crisp freshness that gives it persistence and longevity.
Aroma: On the nose reveals great complexity, sober and restrained aroma of white fruits supported by distinct minerality and vanilla notes in perfect harmony.
Winemaking process: Manual selection of the grapes at the entrance of the winery. Total destemming, and cold skin maceration of 12 hours. Soft pneumatic pressing, followed by fermentation in light toasted French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 15°C.
Maturation: “Elevage" for 18 months in the same barrels "en sur lie" where the malolactic fermentation took place partially.
Consumption Tips: Excellent to accompany spicy cold meats, oven-roasted fish dishes, grilled or stewed white meats and soft cheeses.
Observation: Keep the bottle in a fresh and dry place to preserve its characteristics.
