Red Wine Quinta da Rede Reserva 2018
Produced in Quinta da Rede, located in the Douro region, this 2018 red reserva wine is very balanced and has a sharp flavor. Well structured, involving silky tannins, excellent acid balance, a lot of flavor in the long end. It harmonizes very well with baked lamb or goat in the oven, grilled red meats, pork loin and hard paste cured cheeses.

Winemaking Process: Total destemming, long but gentle pelicular maceration and alcoholic fermentation in robotic lagares at a temperature of 26ºC.
Maturation: 9 months ageing in new French oak barrels.
Consumption Tips: It goes very well with oven-roasted lamb or kid, grilled red meat, pork loin and hard-ripened cheeses.
Observation: Keep the bottle in a fresh and dry place to preserve its characteristics.
