Pack Enchidos Transmontanos

The pack consists of:

  • 1 x Smoked Ham approx. 1100gr
  • 1 x Smoked Pork Neck, approx. 400gr
  • 1 x Traditional type sausage, approx. 180gr
  • 1 x Alheira sausage, approx. 200gr.

Smoked Foreleg Ham: Pork shank, without hoof, seasoned with brine, oak wood drying, stabilized in an electric oven. To be consumed cooked.

Smoked Cachaço: Smoked sausage from a whole cachaço, seasoned with salt, red wine and garlic and matured for long days, dried very slowly with oak wood. Stabilized in a drying cabinet. To be eaten cooked.

Chouriça Tradicional: Smoked sausage made with pieces of streaky pork meat, seasoned with salt, white wine and garlic and matured for a few days, dried very slowly with oak wood. It can be eaten grated, raw or cooked.

Alheira Extra: Smoked sausage made with pork and poultry meat, bread, olive oil, spices and clips. It can be fried or boiled.


Smoked Ham

Pork shank without knuckles, seasoned with brine, dried in oak wood, stabilized in an electric oven. Packed in a bag with approximately 1100gr.

Ingredients: Ham of Pork without knuckle, salt, water, compound binder (dextrose, emulsifier E451, antioxidants E301 and E331, preservatives E250), haemoglobin and oak wood smoke. May contain traces of milk and soya proteins.

To be consume cooked.


Smoked Pork Neck

Smoked sausage, consisting of whole neck, seasoned with salt, red wine and garlic and matured for long days, dried very slowly with oak wood. Stabilised in a drying shed. Packed in a bag with approximately 400gr.

Ingredients: Whole pieces of pork shoulder meat, red wine (SULFITOS), salt, garlic, Compound Binder (dextrose, emulsifier E451, antioxidants E301 and E331, preservatives E250) and oak wood smoke.

To be consume cooked.


Tradicional Chorizo

Smoked sausage, consisting of pieces of streaky pork meat, seasoned with salt, white wine and garlic and matured for a few days, dried very slowly with oak wood. Plastic packaging in modified atmosphere, approximately 180gr.

Ingredients: Pieces of pork streaky meat, white wine, salt, garlic, paprika, binder (emulsifiers E450 and E451, antioxidants E326 and E331, preservatives E250 and sugars), natural salted pork casing and oak wood smoke. Contains Gluten and Sulphites.

Consume raw, grilled or boiled.


Alheira Extra

Horseshoe sausage, smoked, basically made of pork and poultry, bread, olive oil, spices and clips.

Ingredients: Wheat Bread (GLUTEN), Selected pork, chicken and veal meats, pork fat (lard), salted pork tripe, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, sweet pepper, bay leaf, white pepper, sodium chloride, emulsifier (E452), acidity regulator (E331 and E262) and selected wood smoke.

Consume fried or grilled until perfectly and evenly cooked.
