Pack Smoked Charcuterie Trás-os-Montes

The pack consists of:

  • 1 x Smoked Ham approx. 1100gr
  • 1 x smoked pork head approx. 1100gr
  • 1 x smoked belly, approx. 190gr


Constitution:

Smoked Pork Head: Pork head, seasoned with brine, dried in oak wood, stabilized in an electric oven. It should be consumed cooked.

Smoked Foreleg Ham: Leg of Pork without Claw, seasoned with brine, dried in oak wood, stabilized in an electric oven. Should be consumed cooked.

Smoked Belly: a whole piece of Pork Belly, seasoned with brine, dried in oak wood, stabilised in an electric oven. It can be eaten raw or cooked.


Ingredients

Smoked Pork Head
Pork Head, seasoned with brine, oak wood dry, stabilized in an electric oven. Packed in a bag with approx. 1100gr.
Ingredients: Pork Head, salt, water, compound binder (dextrose, emulsifier E451, antioxidants E301 and E331, preservatives E250), haemoglobin and oak wood smoke. May contain traces of dairy and soya proteins. To be consumed cooked.

Smoked Ham
Pork shank without knuckles, seasoned with brine, dried in oak wood, stabilized in an electric oven. Packed in a bag with approximately 1100gr.
Ingredients: Ham of Pork without knuckle, salt, water, compound binder (dextrose, emulsifier E451, antioxidants E301 and E331, preservatives E250), haemoglobin and oak wood smoke. May contain traces of dairy and soya proteins. To be consumed cooked.

Smoked Belly Strips
Smoked sausage, consisting of a whole piece of pork belly, seasoned with brine, oak wood drying, stabilised in an electric oven. Packed in a bag with approx. 190gr.
Ingredients: Boneless pork belly, salt, water, compound binder (dextrose, emulsifier E451, antioxidants E301 and E331, preservatives E250), haemoglobin and oak wood smoke. May contain traces of dairy and soya proteins. Consume raw or cooked.
