A great energy bar for before or after training or to eat in those moments of greater fatigue. 

Each 45g bar has 188Kcal and 25g of carbohydrates. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after high intensity and/or prolonged exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. This beneficial effect of carbohydrates is obtained by ingesting a total of 4 g per kg bodyweight of an adult, in several doses, during the first 4 to 6 hours after high-intensity exercise. As it contains high fibre content it helps to balance appetite levels. Rich in Vitamin E and Magnesium.

Key Ingredients:

Banana: has a high carbohydrate content. In addition to potassium, this fruit is also rich in magnesium, both essential to prevent cramps. It is rich in vitamins, namely A, C, E and B complex (B1, B2, B6 and B9). It is a source of fibre. It has essential minerals, such as magnesium, calcium, selenium, zinc and iron. It contains tryptophan, an amino acid that is important in regulating mood and that is only obtained through food.

Peanut: It is a vegetable rich in good fats, such as omega-3. It is rich in vitamin B complex and E, and is a natural antioxidant.

Peanut butter: Composed of vitamin E, folates and B-complex vitamins, namely vitamins B3 and B6. Peanut butter is also rich in minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper and manganese. It also has in its composition resveratrol, flavonoids and phytosterols that help in cardiovascular protection, since they play an important role in regulating cholesterol.
