Nacional 2 is known as Portugal's longest road, at 738.260 km long, and is one of the most popular routes for travellers who want to explore the country by car, motorbike, bicycle or even on foot. The road passes through very diverse landscapes, from the mountains of the north to the beaches of the Algarve, and offers the opportunity to visit many of Portugal's most interesting cities and towns.
