Be vegan

For a healthy and cruelty-free diet

Today, opting for a vegan diet is not just about opting for a healthy diet, but also about a new philosophy and way of life.

Despite having some similarities, veganism and vegetarianism differ in terms of positioning, with veganism seeking to contribute to the defense of deeper ideals marked by respect for animal rights.

Choosing to be vegan or vegan is not just giving up eating meat, fish and animal-derived foods. It is a lifestyle that also excludes the use of all products that contain an ingredient of this origin, including clothing, hygiene and cosmetic products or detergents.

Although the diet can be more restrictive, vegans can eat everything that is not the result of animal exploitation.

And, with the exception of vitamin B12, which must be obtained through vitamin supplements, all other nutrients and protein necessary for the proper functioning of the body can be found in foods of plant origin.

To help you make the transition, or even to diversify your menu, we leave you with a very tasty and easy-to-make vegan suggestion:

vegan cheese or brewer's yeast
