Strawberry Salad with Spinach

  • spinach leaves
  • strawberries
  • goat's cheese
  • dry fruits
  • orange vinegar

In a bowl mix together the spinach leaves, strawberries, goat's cheese and roasted nuts (take advantage of our almond snacks). Drizzle with orange vinegar and mix well. Serve fresh and enjoy a light and tasty salad.

Chicken Kebabs with Vegetables

  • chicken breast cubes
  • vegetable squares to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the grill or barbecue. Skewer the chicken cubes alternately with the vegetables on previously wet metal or wooden skewers. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Serve with rice or a salad.

Chicken and Avocado Wraps

  • wraps
  • shredded chicken
  • cherry tomatoes 
  • lettuce leaves

Spread the smashed avocado on the wrap. Add the shredded chicken (can be leftover roast chicken or tofu), cherry tomatoes and lettuce. Drizzle with the yoghurt dressing. Roll the wrap tightly, folding the ends inwards. Cut into halves and serve chilled. Serve with fried sweet potatoes or a green salad.
