The pack consists of:
- 2 x Traditional chorizos, 180g each
- 2 x Alheira sausages, approx. 200gr, each
- 1 x Sausage approx. 180gr
- 1 x chorizo Moura, approx. 200gr
Constitution:
Chorizo Traditional type: Smoked sausage, made of pieces of streaky pork meat, seasoned with salt, white wine and garlic and matured for some days, dried very slowly with oak wood. To be eaten raw, grilled or boiled.
Alheira: Smoked sausage in horseshoe shape, made with pork and poultry meat, bread, olive oil, spices and clips. It can be consumed fried or grilled.
Sausage: smoked sausage made from pieces of pork belly, seasoned with salt, red wine and garlic, matured for a few days, dried very slowly with oak wood. It can be consumed raw, grilled or cooked.
Chorizo Moura: Smoked sausage elaborated with pork and cow meat, pork blood, bread, salt and garlic, slowly cooked in oak wood. Traditional product from Trás-os-Montes, especially from the district of Vila Real.
Traditional Chorizo
Plastic packaging in modified atmosphere with approximately 180gr. Consume raw, grilled or boiled.
Ingredients: Pieces of pork streaky meat, white wine, salt, garlic, paprika, binder (emulsifiers E450 and E451, antioxidants E326 and E331, preservatives E250 and sugars), natural salted pork casing and oak wood smoke. Contains Gluten and Sulphites.
Alheira sausage
Plastic packaging in modified atmosphere with approximately 200gr. Consume fried or grilled until perfectly and evenly cooked.
Ingredients: Wheat Bread (GLUTEN), Selected pork, chicken and veal meats, pork fat (lard), salted pork tripe, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, sweet pepper, bay leaf, white pepper, sodium chloride, emulsifier (E452), acidity regulator (E331 and E262) and selected wood smoke.
Sausage
Plastic packaging in modified atmosphere with approximately 200gr. Consume raw, grilled or cooked.
Ingredients: Pieces of pork streaky meat, red wine (SULFITOS), salt, garlic, compound binder (dextrose, emulsifier E451, antioxidants E301 and E331) preservatives E250, sugars (Lactose and Sucrose), modified starch, proteins (from SOYBEAN and LACTOSE), natural salted pork casing, and oak wood smoke. May contain gluten.
Chorizo Moura
Modified atmosphere plastic packaging with approx. 200gr.
Ingredients: Smoked sausage, consisting of pork and beef meats, pork blood, bread, salt and garlic, slowly with oak wood. Traditional product from transmontano, especially from the district of Vila Real.
Consume boiled, fried or grilled until perfectly and homogeneously cooked.
