The Pack 3 Wines Nacional 2 - KM96 Douro DOC is composed of a white wine, a rosé wine and a red wine, all produced in the Douro region with carefully selected grapes, this pack is a true celebration of the unique flavours and aromas of the Douro region. These wines were created by José Alves, owner of Quinta da Rede and Casa de Cambres, to pay tribute to the famous National Road 2 and KM96 is the wine production site, located in Lamego, in the Douro region.
The Nacional 2 is known as the longest road in Portugal, at 739,260 km long (original version), and is one of the most popular routes for travellers who want to get to know the country by car, motorbike, bicycle or even on foot. The road passes through very diverse landscapes, from the mountains of the north to the beaches of the Algarve, and offers the opportunity to visit many of Portugal's most interesting cities and towns.
White Wine N2.KM96 Douro D.O.C.
Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany a variety of snacks, light salads, seafood or grilled fish. Serve at 8º.
Flavour: Quite lemon, also notes of peach, white plum and floral notes, an overall very pure and fresh flavour. A cheerful, fresh white wine with a subtle citrus bitterness that provides character and a refreshing finish.

Flavour: expressive and elegant red fruits, especially cherry and raspberry. Nuances of blackcurrant and ginger. Pleasant fruity expression, with a good balance resulting from the acidity of the red fruit. Firm and persistent body and refreshing finish.
