Banana and Almond Paste Ice Cream
Add 2 or 3 frozen bananas, 1 natural yoghurt and 2 tablespoons of almond paste (you can replace it with cashew paste or peanut butter) in a blender and blend well until you get the desired consistency.
Serve in small bowls.
Almond and cocoa truffles
Add 100g pitted dates, 75g ground almonds, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon almond paste and 2 tablespoons coconut oil. Grind all ingredients until a smooth paste is formed.
Shape the dough into truffle shapes and sprinkle some with cocoa powder, others with grated coconut. Check that the consistency of the dough allows you to make small balls. If necessary, add more almond paste.
Place in the refrigerator for an hour to solidify.
Oatmeal, chocolate and peanut cookies
Add 70g oat flakes, 60g peanut butter and 15g agave syrup. Mix together and pour the mixture into silicone muffin tins until half of the tin is covered.
Press the preparation well against the base.
Add on top of each cup a dessert spoon of peanut butter. Place in the freezer for two hours.
Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the glasses. Place in the freezer for at least another two hours to solidify.
