Salmon stuffed eggs
Cook 8 eggs for 10 minutes. Cut the eggs in half and gently remove the yolks.
With the help of a mixer, mix the cooked egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Add 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and 250g of smoked salmon cut into small pieces. Place the mixture in a pastry bag and fill the holes with the egg whites. Sprinkle with chives or fresh parsley.
Baked Camembert Cheese with Thyme
Cut the surface of the cheese to form a chessboard.
In a bowl put 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, and mix well. Spread the mixture over the cheese, in the cut areas. Season to taste.
Take the cheese to the oven, preheated to 200ºC for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately, accompanied with slices of toasted bread.
Arugula and Burrata Salad with Basil Dressing
In a chopper or blender, add 10 basil leaves, 1 garlic clove and season with salt and pepper to taste. Reduce everything to one folder.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of vinegar and mix well until you get a smooth sauce.
Place a layer of arugula on a plate. Add halved cherry tomatoes and the burrata, and drizzle with the basil sauce.
Cheese and Sausages Board
Cut the cheeses into thin slices, and the sausages into slices.
Arrange the cheeses and sausages on the boards. Distribute the mini toasts, olives and sprinkle everything with fresh rosemary. Book until serving.
