Save time in the kitchen

Amaze friends and family with your creativity

Between work and family, how much time do you have left to take care of yourself, socialize with friends and eat well?
Daily management can be difficult, but with our help it will certainly be much simpler. To reduce the time you spend in the kitchen, here are five tips that will make your life easier:

1- Freeze leftover sauce

This is an excellent tip for using tomato or meat sauce: instead of throwing away leftover sauces, save and freeze them in ice cube trays. In addition to reducing time the next time you want to prepare the sauce, it also prevents food waste!

2 – Citrus fruits with more juice

If you previously press and roll the lemon on a bench, you will be able to get more juice when you squeeze the fruit. This tip applies to any citrus fruit, such as oranges or limes.

3 – Simple and healthy ice creams

For those with children, this suggestion is worth gold. Simply pierce the top of the flavored yogurt carton with an ice cream stick and place in the freezer. The kids (and the adults) will love it!

4 – Whipped cream

If you intend to whip cream for whipping cream, keep the package in the fridge and not in the pantry. If the cream is cold it will be much easier to whip. And if you use a mixer, choose to maintain an intermediate speed (neither too excessive nor too slow).

5 – Fresh wine

If you freeze grapes you can use them as alternatives to ice cubes the next time you need to chill white wine. In addition to being able to quickly cool a glass of wine that is too hot, you will also surprise your friends with your creativity. Another suggestion is to use previously frozen grapes to cool your sangria!
